Unda Korporativ rivojlantirish xizmati boshlig\u2018i <strong>O.Berdiyev<\/strong>, ushbu xizmat mutaxassisi <strong>G.Boymurodova<\/strong> hamda Xotin-qizlar va gender masalalari bo\u2018limi boshlig\u2018i <strong>D.Osimova<\/strong> ma\u2019ruzalar bilan qatnashdilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tadbir davomida O.Berdiyev va G.Boymurodova tomonidan <strong>\u201cKorporativ madaniyat va ish joyida muomala odobi. Jamoat joylarida odob-axloq, muomala va salomlashish odobi, yon-atrofdagilarga munosabat va ular bilan muloqot qilish, odatlar hamda kiyinish qoidalari\u201d<\/strong> mavzusida ma\u2019ruza qilindi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u2019ruzada ta\u2019kidlanganidek, korxona nafaqat ish joyi, balki inson hayotining katta qismi o\u2018tadigan ijtimoiy muhit ham hisoblanadi. Shu bois jamoada o\u2018zini tutish madaniyati, hamkasblarga hurmat bilan munosabatda bo\u2018lish, muomala odobiga rioya qilish har bir xodim uchun muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Xodimlarning tashqi ko\u2018rinishi, muomalasi va o\u2018zini tutishi korxonaning nufuzi va imijini belgilovchi muhim omillardan biri ekani qayd etildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u2019ruza davomida salomlashish madaniyatiga ham alohida to\u2018xtalib o\u2018tildi. Mazkur hujjat xotin-qizlar va bolalar huquqlarini himoya qilish, oiladagi zo\u2018ravonlikning oldini olish hamda jamiyatda gender tenglikni ta\u2019minlashga qaratilgan muhim tashabbuslarni o\u2018z ichiga oladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u2019ruzada ta\u2019kidlanganidek, farmon doirasida oilaviy (maishiy) zo\u2018ravonlikka qarshi kurashish mexanizmlari yanada kuchaytirilmoqda. Xususan, xotin-qizlarga nisbatan zo\u2018ravonlik sodir etgan shaxslarga nisbatan ma\u2019muriy va jinoiy javobgarlik choralarini kuchaytirish, bunday holatlarning oldini olish bo\u2018yicha profilaktik tadbirlarni kengaytirish ko\u2018zda tutilgan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shuningdek, zo\u2018ravonlik holatlarida ayollarga beriladigan <strong>himoya orderi<\/strong> tizimi takomillashtirilayotgani, uning ijrosi ustidan nazorat kuchaytirilayotgani ham qayd etildi.
